On WhatsApp, or drop by the office in Al Aziziya. Describe what you need in plain words. You do not need to know its official name.
Not sure what it is called? Describe it and we will identify it.
We tell you what is needed
We check your documents one by one and tell you what is missing, our office fee, the authority charges and the expected timing.
All of it before you pay anything, with no surprises later.
We walk it through the authority
We submit the application, follow it up and answer any query from the authority on your behalf. We work with 17 authorities in Qatar.
If the authority asks for another document, you hear it from us immediately.
You collect it, done
We tell you the moment it is finished. Collect from the office, or we arrange delivery.
And you can ask where it stands at any time from the tracking page.
What we promise and what we do not
- We flag missing documents before you pay any fee
- We quote our fee and the authority charges separately and clearly
- We tell you about any change to your file as it happens
- We do not guarantee approval. That decision belongs to the authority alone
- We do not issue official documents and we do not represent any ministry
- We do not rush an authority at the cost of a correct file
