About the office
Are you a government office?
No. Al Mutawassit is a private services office. We prepare paperwork and follow up transactions with the relevant authorities on behalf of our clients. We are not part of any ministry, we do not issue official documents, and the decision on any application rests with the competent authority alone.
What is the difference between clearing and following up a transaction?
They are two names for the same work. Clearing describes completing a transaction from start to finish; following up describes chasing and checking it until it is done. We do both.
Where are you and when are you open?
Al Aziziya Street, next to Mutabbaq wa Saj, Doha. Plus Code 6FW4+4CM. Hours: Saturday to Thursday 8:00 to 21:00 · Friday 14:00 to 19:00.

Before you start
Do I have to come to the office?
For most transactions, no. Send photos of your documents on WhatsApp and we will review them and tell you what is missing. A few transactions do require you in person or a formal power of attorney, and we tell you upfront if yours is one of them.
I do not know the official name of the service. What do I do?
Describe it in your own words. Tell us what you need and we will identify the service, the authority that handles it and the documents it requires.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the transaction and the authority. We quote our office fee and the authority charges separately and clearly before we begin any procedure.
How long does a transaction take?
The timing depends on the authority and how busy it is. We review your file and give you the expected timing before we start, and we tell you if it slips for any reason.
While it is running
How do I know where my file stands?
From the tracking page. Enter your reference number or your name and it opens a ready WhatsApp message. We reply with the status during opening hours.
What if the authority asks for another document?
We tell you immediately, name the exact document and where to obtain it, and if we can obtain it for you we will.
Do you guarantee approval?
Nobody can guarantee approval, and the decision belongs to the competent authority alone. What we guarantee is that your file is submitted complete and correct the first time, which is what reduces the chance of rejection or return.
Can you handle transactions for a company, not just an individual?
Yes. We work with individuals, existing companies, and people setting up a new company from start to finish.
