How we handle it

  1. We review your file and tell you what is missing, the timing and the fee before we start.
  2. We prepare and check your file against the Ministry of Labour requirements.
  3. We follow up and answer any query from the authority, and tell you about any change.
  4. You collect it from the office once complete, or we arrange delivery.

What we do and what we do not

We explain what the procedure requires, prepare and check your paperwork, and follow the file's progress with the competent authority. The decision on any application rests with that authority alone.
